The complete range of premium fresh, frozen and marinated meats, seafood and delicatessen, are packaged and displayed in ultra-clean, hygienic conditions. The fruit and vegetable section offers both Indian and exotic fresh produce, hydroponics produce and microgreens. All non-vegetarian and vegetarian food items are stored under ideal conditions to preserve both nutrition and taste. The wide range of gourmet groceries from around the globe, beverages, ice-creams, dairy, speciality oils, confectionery, bakery, home & personal care is well complemented with the structural layout and merchandising along with various live sections and hand-crafted recipes specially curated by in-house Chefs of Le Marche, makes you feel like you are in a food paradise!

What are the safety measures followed by Le Marche for home delivery?

Le Marche practices contactless delivery & payment for the safety of our customers and delivery executives.
All our riders are well equipped with face mask, sanitizers & gloves.
We ensure regular sanitization of delivery bags, card machines and delivery vehicle.

Gifting

Is customisation of hampers possible?

We can customise hampers as per your requirement and budget. Our gourmet food baskets/boxes are curated with hand-picked products, filled with colourful filler paper & faux florals before being ribboned and shipped out. You can add a personalized message on a beautifully designed gift tag for your loved ones.

Is there home delivery of Gifting Hampers?

Yes, we can deliver gift hamper pan India. The delivery charges would be levied as per actuals charged by our delivery partners

Is customization possible?

Yes, any hamper you choose can be personalized as per your requirements.

Are there any offers on bulk orders?

Orders

I know about a particular Le Marche store which is near to my place, but when I enter my pincode it doesn’t show up?

If the store distance from your place is farther away from the serviceable area of that particular store, it wouldn’t show up. However, you can still go ahead and place the order from the displayed store(s). We will ensure that the order gets delivered to you at the earliest.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value for the customers staying within 10 kms from our stores. However, for customers staying far away there is a minimum order value of Rs.500.

What’s the normal delivery time once the order is confirmed?

If you stay within 10 kms distance from any of our stores in Delhi NCR, then you can expect to receive your order within 2 hours after order confirmation (if you place the order before 6pm, else next day).

For the customers who stay beyond 10kms from us, we will deliver to you within 4 hours of order confirmation (if you place the order before 4pm, else next day).

Does Le Marche deliver across the country? Are there any delivery charges?

Yes, Le Marche delivers across India.

We offer free home delivery within the 10 km radius of Le Marches Stores. Beyond 10 km within Delhi NCR, the company charges Rs.99/- for bill value of Rs. 500-2000. The delivery charges are waived off for an order value above Rs.2000.

For orders from customers outside of Delhi NCR, 10% of the cart value would be charged as the delivery charges.

Can I also pick up the order from the store?

Yes, while placing the order you can choose ‘order pickup’ as an option. Once the order status is changed to ‘ready for pick up’, you can pick it up from the respective store as per your convenience. Please check store operational hours before planning your visit.

Is order modification possible from customer’s end, after order placement?

It will be difficult for us to make any changes once the order is placed.

Will there be any order modification from Le Marche’s end after order placement?

In an unlikely scenario of product damage/ stock out. there may be an instance where the store manager may have to modify the order.

The customer will be informed about any changes before order fulfilment.

Can I cancel the order after order confirmation?

You will have an option to cancel the order at your end only before the order is packed/ out for delivery. Once the order is out for delivery it cannot be cancelled.

How can I know about my order status?

You can check the updated order status anytime in the ‘My Orders’ section of the app/ website.

Can I place an order just by calling up on the store numbers?

Yes, you can also place the order by calling up on the home-delivery numbers. For the numbers, please refer to the link - https://www.marcheretail.com/home-delivery

However, we would recommend to place the orders using our newly launched Mobile App, Ecommerce Website or the Whatsapp Bot for even better experience and online offers. We are waiting to offer you the all the new Le Marche Experience – come savour it!

After product verification from our end, we will either offer replacement or we can issue a credit note as per your convenience.

How can I make payment for my order?

You can select from the below payment options –

Online Payment
Pay cash on delivery
Swipe card on delivery

While making the payment amount got deducted from your account, but the transaction didn’t go through?

In such cases, we would request you to get in touch with your service bank or digital payment partner directly.

In case of order pickup, can I change my pick up store once the order is placed?

You cannot change the store after the order is placed.

Can I change my delivery address once the order is placed?

You can change the delivery address only before the order is dispatched, by getting in touch with us on the respective store home-delivery numbers. For the numbers, please refer to the link - https://www.marcheretail.com/home-delivery

However, once the order is out for delivery – delivery address cannot be changed.
