Le Marche practices contactless delivery & payment for the safety of our customers and delivery executives. All our riders are well equipped with face mask, sanitizers & gloves. We ensure regular sanitization of delivery bags, card machines and delivery vehicle.

Gifting

We can customise hampers as per your requirement and budget. Our gourmet food baskets/boxes are curated with hand-picked products, filled with colourful filler paper & faux florals before being ribboned and shipped out. You can add a personalized message on a beautifully designed gift tag for your loved ones.

Yes, we can deliver gift hamper pan India. The delivery charges would be levied as per actuals charged by our delivery partners

Orders

Yes, the minimum order value ₹200 and ₹500 depending upon the customer location

Yes, Le Marche delivers across India. For orders from customers outside of Delhi NCR, carrier charges would be charged as the delivery charges.

It will be difficult for us to make any changes once the order is placed.

In an unlikely scenario of product damage/ stock out, there may be an instance where the store manager may have to modify the order. The customer will be informed about any changes before order fulfilment.

You will have an option to cancel the order at your end only before the order is packed/ out for delivery. Once the order is out for delivery it cannot be cancelled.

You can check the updated order status anytime in the ‘My Orders’ section of the app/ website.

Yes, you can also place the order by calling up on the home-delivery numbers. For the numbers, please refer to the link - https://www.lemarcheretail.com/locateOurStores. However, we would recommend to place the orders using our newly launched Mobile App, Ecommerce Website for even better experience and online offers. Payment

You can select from the below payment options: Online Payment ( Credit / Debit Card, UPI, Wallets) Cash on delivery.

In such cases, we would request that you get in touch with your service bank or digital payment partner directly.

You cannot change the store after the order is placed.

You can change the delivery address only before the order is dispatched, by getting in touch with us on the customer support number.
